Malignant melanoma rarely causes intussusception in the colorectum, and emergent surgery is usually performed. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of colocolonic intussusception caused by metastatic malignant melanoma treated with endoscopic reduction and elective surgery, which could be a feasible option. |
