Core Tip Intrahepatic bile duct papilloma (IPNB) is a rare benign tumour in the bile duct. An early radical operation can improve the prognosis. This study analysed the clinical manifestations, imaging features, complications and prognosis of IPNB. For patients with bile duct recurrent infection, cholestasis, and biliary obstruction, if imaging examination shows cystic dilatation of the bile duct, there are mural nodules or papillary tumours with delayed enhancement, the cystic-solid tumours communicate with the bile duct, and the upstream and downstream bile ducts dilate, we should consider IPNB.
