This study confirmed that CPI-455 inhibits esophageal squamous cell carcinoma Eca-109 cells proliferation, lysine-specific demethylase 5C played a role in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells proliferation and invasion, which may be partly associated with the p53, Bax, Caspase-9, and Caspase-3 expression. mitochondria-mediated intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by regulating the expression of related genes play an important role during the process of Eca-109 cell apoptosis induced by CPI-455. |
