In a retrospective observational long-term study, our group found that the treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma in a resource-constrained background may still rely on the use of the traditional ABVD treatment regimen in order to achieve acceptable outcomes. These observations were consistent across different stages of disease and may serve to propose new studies focusing on the comparison of newly approved therapies in contexts where there are some limitations on healthcare. |
