Core Tip |
This study analyzed the efficacy and feasibility of transvaginal ultrasound measurement of cervical length combined with phosphorylated insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1 (IGFBP-1) for the prediction of preterm birth in twin pregnancy. It found that the accuracy of the detection was high. In pregnant women with shorter central length, those with positive expression of phosphorylated IGFBP-1 had higher preterm delivery rate than those with negative expression. In pregnant women with longer central length, the effect of phosphorylated IGFBP-1 is weak on preterm delivery. |
