Core Tip |
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) cure depends on the activation of anti-HBV adaptive immune system. Immune repertoire sequencing is a novel technology to demonstrate the sum of human’s adaptive immune system. However, the immune repertoires in HBV infection are still dimness. We herein review the immune repertoire analysis methodology and provide a new insight into outcomes of HBV infection and vaccination. |
