Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. The curative effect can be achieved only for early stage HCC, and it is easy to recurrence and metastasis after surgery, the 5-years recurrence rate is as high as 70%. Recently, the systematic treatment of advanced HCC has made a breakthrough. Multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment mode including targeted and immunotherapy has become an effective strategy and inevitable trend for the treatment of advanced HCC. Combined therapy has greatly improved the prognosis of HCC patients and opened up a new milestone. |
