Core Tip	In this report we present a case of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma with calcification in the gastric wall by computerized tomography scan before and after chemotherapy. We explain not only the different theory of the calcification formation and variety, but also the relation between the calcification with prognosis. We hope the result can provide new thoughts to the tumor evaluation and treatment in the future.
