Core Tip Clostridium difficile infections (CDI) are a leading cause of hospital morbidity and mortality. The risk factors for CDI in liver cirrhosis patients in data base. CDIs in liver transplantation is a life threatening situation as these patients are malnourished and immunocompromised. Special emphasis was given to the cohort with history of liver transplantation and relevant literature was reviewed.
