This was a retrospective study that aimed to explore the status quo and analyze the possible correlation between the work environment perception and the work-family conflict among nurses in the operating room. A total of 312 operating room nurses were included. The results indicated that the nursing work environment and the work-family conflict among nurses in the operating room were both at a medium level and there was a negative correlation between the two. |
