Core Tip A case of a patient with severe capillary leak syndrome who was successfully treated with veno-venous-extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VV-ECMO) was reported, which reflects the positive role of VV-ECMO in the treatment of capillary leak syndrome (CLS), and reflects the key elements of clinical treatment of CLS, such as increasing plasma colloidal osmotic pressure, improve circulation, ensure tissue oxygen supply, etc.
