In clinical work, we may encounter some elderly patients with many complications. Both general anesthesia and neuraxial anesthesia had high risks and contraindications, so we chose nerve block combined with small amount of sedation. In this report, we administered fascia iliaca compartment block in combination with low dose intravenous anesthesia to 2 geriatric patients, to satisfactory anesthetic effect. The author specially drew anatomical diagrams, combined with the ultrasound imaging, at a glance, conducive to promote this technology. |
