| Core Tip |
In this paper, we report two cases of osseous choristoma. Osseous choristoma is mostly seen in young adults and asymptomatic. Physical examination showed a hard mass, and pathology reported the bone structure in the tumor. The prognosis of the disease was good, and no recurrence was observed during follow-up. |
