In these patients, the lack of specificity of clinical symptoms and imaging examination findings as well as the unusual location of neurothekeomas increased the difficulty in diagnosis and treatment. Histopathological examination and immunohistochemical staining may help confirm the diagnosis, but there are still many challenges in the identification of similar diseases. |
