There is a risk of hypertension after heart transplantation. Hypertension is a risk factor of aortic dissection that needs surgery. Hybrid procedure shortened the operation time and reduced complications. In this case, the patient has an aberrant right subclavian artery, unilateral antegrade cerebral perfusion through the right axillary artery cannot be performed. |
