Core Tip |
Lung adenocarcinoma metastasis restricted to the paranasal sinus is a rare phenomenon. In this report, we present a rare case of metastatic tumors of the sinus secondary to lung adenocarcinoma. After lung cancer surgery, the patient had no postoperative complications and was completely asymptomatic at the second-year postoperative follow-up. We reviewed relevant literature in order to identify the characteristic features observed in cases of sinus metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma. |
