| Core Tip |
Transcribed ultraconserved region (T-UCR) is abnormally expressed in gastric cancer (GC) cells and tumors. It has been found that a variety of T-UCR affects downstream genes and related pathways, and plays a regulatory role in the proliferation, migration and invasion of GC. However, there are few relevant reviews, and this paper aims to review the related studies of T-UCR in GC. And the function of T-UCR and its regulatory role in the occurrence and development of GC, thus providing a new strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of GC. |
