A patient with advanced lung cancer who developed diarrhea after receiving tislelizumab combined with pemetrexed and carboplatin, with poor response to glucocorticoid treatment. The symptoms were significantly improved after the use of adalimumab 10 mg, subcutaneous injection, every 2 wk for 3 times. Colonoscopy and intestinal mucosal pathology suggested improvement. |
