Core Tip |
Growth factor receptor-binding protein 10 (GRB10) performs a vital role in vascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). GRB10 variant may be associated with the blood lipids and then may also related to the risk of coronary heart disease in patients with T2DM. GRB10 is expected to be a potential target for the prevention and treatment of vascular complications in patients with T2DM. |
