Breast metastasis from colon cancer is rare. The prognosis is poor and conservative treatment is mainly adopted. We present a rare case of breast metastasis from colon cancer in a young patient who received chemotherapy (FOLFIRI) combined with targeted therapy (cetuximab) after undergoing transverse colectomy and lumpectomy. There was no recurrence or metastasis during the 16-mo follow-up after lumpectomy, and the treatment effect was good. |
