Crohn's disease is a chronic, incurable inflammatory disease that affects the gastrointestinal tract function and causes extraintestinal complications. Crohn's disease involving the duodenum is a rare condition and different surgical management should be applied for patients with Crohn's disease presenting with different clinical manifestations. This study mainly summarized the surgical approaches and prognosis of 16 patients with duodenal Crohn's disease, thus providing some reference for the surgical management of the disease. |
