Core Tip |
Diabetes retinopathy (DR) is a common complication of diabetes, which can eventually lead to blindness in diabetic patients and seriously affect the quality of life of patients. The identification of risk factors for DR is significant for early intervention. Here we retrospectively analyzed 180 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus to examine the correlation between glycated hemoglobin A1c, microalbumin (mALB), mALB/urinary creatinine (U-CR), U-CR, ββ2 microglobulin, retinol binding protein and DR in diabetic patients in order to provide a scientific basis and guidance for clinical application. |
