Our study demonstrated that post-neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) level/pre-NAT serum CA19-9 level and post-NAT tumor size/pre-NAT tumor size were independent factors associated with overall survival for patients receiving NAT and subsequently surgical resection for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. |
