Gastric cancer (GC) is a very common malignancy worldwide. Natural orifice specimen extraction surgery (NOSES), an emerging minimally invasive surgical technique, has gradually become a new modality for the treatment of GC. NOSES has gained more and more attention as well as recognition from experts and scholars nationally and internationally. We herein discuss the research progress and application prospects of NOSES. |
