| Core Tip |
Forty-eight patients undergoing a laparoscopic hepatectomy were randomly divided into the combined group (parecoxib combined with ropivacaine) and the control group. A visual analogue scale at rest and during movement was used to compare the analgesic effect of the two groups. Preoperative intravenous injection of parecoxib combined with the long-acting local anesthetic ropivacaine for incision infiltration is a simple and effective method for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing a laparoscopic hepatectomy, which could relieve postoperative pain and promote postoperative recovery. |
