Core Tip Severe bony Bankart lesions are a difficult challenge in clinical treatment and research. The feasibility of using scapular spine graft bone allograft pins to repair Bankart lesions of the shoulder joint, and its biomechanical experimental results. This study found that in the procedure of bone block from scapular spine transversely fixed with allograft bony pin for repairing bony Bankart lesions, the joints were repaired with bone block from the scapular spine transversely fixed with allograft bony pins to repair bony Bankart lesions, showing good mechanical stability. This new method has no adverse effects on the bone donor area, avoiding the complications of coracoid extraction.
