| Core Tip |
There are differing views on the timing of liver transplantation (LT) for ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency (OTCD) and whether it makes sense to perform LT in a patient with severe neurological impairment. We report a case of late-onset OTCD with severe neurological impairment, whose nervous system function recovered after LT. In late-onset OTCD patients with severe neurological impairment, LT can be considered. |
