Retroperitoneal leiomyoma is a rare tumor, with more than 100 cases reported. Preoperative diagnosis is difficult, and resection is diagnostic and therapeutic. Our patient was diagnosed with retroperitoneal leiomyoma and underwent surgical treatment with a good outcome. |
