Postpartum ovarian vein thrombophlebitis (POVT) is a rare but serious postpartum complication that affects mostly postpartum women. POVT is more likely to occur in patients after cesarean section and in the right ovarian vein. However, in our case, POVT occurred in the left ovarian vein, which is rare. |
